Rent VIP rooms in the Swedish pavilion

There is still a possibility to rent VIP rooms in the Swedish pavilion. There are rooms for all kinds of meetings, from small board meetings to large seminars with a couple of hundred participants. The VIP area is also splendid to use for an evening event, such as a banquet or a cocktail at the roof top terrace.

The entire VIP area is 600 sqm and contains a lobby. In the VIP area there are two larger rooms, each accommodate for 90 persons. These two can also be integrated to host for a couple of hundred people. There are also two smaller rooms, one smaller auditorium and one room for guests of honor. The venue also provides computer projectors, wireless access and more.

There is also room and equipment for food and drinks, both indoors and outside at the spectacular roof top terrace. From there the view over the Expo area and the Lupu Bridge is amazing. The VIP area also has a special entrance.
